Can i change wording, colours or fonts on my invites?
Yes you can with our easy to use online customiser!
Each invitation has a “customise this design” button
Click it to open the customiser software and you can directly edit wording, colours and fonts

Can i have guest names and addresses on envelopes
Your invitations will come with blank envelopes included.
But we can print your guest names and address directly on the envelopes for an additional $1 each
this saves you from buying ugly labels or hand writing each one!

After you have made your purchase we will send you a spreadsheet where you can fill out your guest names and addresses

Can I have guest names on my invites?
Yes we can print individual guest names on each invite at an additional cost

How long does it take to receive my invitations/stationary?
Your order will be printed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your approval, then posted from Sydney.
After you have purchased, one of our designers will look over your stationary and will send you an email with a DIGITAL proof of your design for your approval.
Please note *WE DO NOT SEND PHYSICAL PRINTED PROOFS, ONLY DIGITAL. — Only your final approved order will be printed —
You MUST email us back saying that you have checked all of the spelling, wording, dates etc on your invites and you approve printing to go ahead.
After we receive your confirmation we will print your order, this will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

All orders are posted via Australia post with registered post – postage times will vary depending on your location
We post from Sydney, Australia

Your invites will be sent to you unassembled
Meaning you will get a stack of invite cards, additional info cards (if ordered) and a stack of envelopes
We leave it up to you to put your invites in their envelopes so that you can add personal touches such as tying ribbon or twine around your invites or to add store registry cards or more.
It also allows us to cut costs and we pass the savings on to you with cheaper invitations!

What does “card weight” mean?
You will see “card weight” listed on the card options – Card weight is measured in “gsm”

We use card at a weight of 216 – 250gsm which is the most popular weight for invitation cards,
a normal piece of printer paper is usually 80gsm

Sizes
Our invitations are approximately 12cm x 18cm and fit in our 13cm x 19cm envelopes
They require one $1 stamp from Australia Post for posting
(Australia post pricing may change)

The RSVP, wishing well and additional info cards are approximately 9.9cm x 14.3cm
however they can be made in the larger invite size if needed (at additional cost)

Menus, Order of Service, Bridal Shower, Engagement Party etc are approximately 12cm x 18cm

Postage/Stamps
We do NOT include postage or stamps with your order.
You can buy stamps from Australia post, costs are usually $1 per invite depending on the weight

If you would like specific designs sent to you, you can purchase them individually for $2.95 each, from each products page.

What if our wedding details change after my order has been printed
Unfortunately after your stationary has been printed it cannot be changed, you will have to order again.

What if i need to order extra invitations
We do have a minimum order quantity for extra invitations which is 10, We do urge you to buy some spares with your initial purchase as you will find you always somehow need more 🙂

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours, after that time we cannot cancel as your order has most likely been sent away to be printed.

My order doesn’t match my sample?
Card stock can slightly change colour or texture from each different batch
Printing colours can also change from time to time, due to differences in batches of ink, temperature etc
Due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly.
Returns based on color are not accepted.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.
We urge you to first order a sample pack to see our colour chart and paper finishes, We are confident in our product and are sure you will be happy with your stationary.

TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS

The Belavi Printery is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process, so be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalisation and grammar.

COLOURS AND COMPUTER MONITORS
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly.

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, however, if there is a problem with your order please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order and we will try to fix any issues you may have.
